IMPORTANT NOTES
- Ultimate Base Plate sleeves are designed to accept 5/16" diameter alignment sticks.
**Goodstick Alignment Sticks are sold separately.**
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Insert alignment sticks into the receptacles.
- Adjust stick/receptacle to the desired angle and tighten the clamps by turning the thumb screws in a clockwise direction.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
- Always store in a dry location.
- Periodically apply a lubricating oil along the portion of the threads where the thumb screws tighten.
USE CAUTION: THE ULTIMATE BASE PLATE WAS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE SETUP AND POSITIONAL FEEDBACK FOR THE GOLF SWING . IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO MAKE SWINGS AT LIMITED SPEED WHILE USING THE ULTIMATE BASE PLATE. TAKING FULL SPEED SWINGS WHILE USING A BASE PLATE CAN RESULT IN EQUIPMENT DAMAGE AND INJURY.
